Humans don't exactly do well without food and water. Roughly 60 percent of the human body is made up of water and each living cell in the body requires it to function. Humans can survive three weeks without food, but it certainly becomes uncomfortable far sooner than that. In Clackamas County, Oregon, Nicholas Benim was lost in the woods for four days after getting separated from a hunting group.
