Wildlife Presentations

The Bat Talk
Big Bend is home to 22 species of bats. Enjoy learning about them during a 45 minute presentation by bat expert Julie Zeyzus as she covers several topics including the Mexican Long Nose bat and their relationship with the local agave plants.  

Skins & Skulls
Presented by Big Bend National Park:

Big Bend Rangers present numerous skins and skulls from a wide array of animals that call Big Bend Home. Fun for all ages.

Big horn sheep
Presented by Texas Parks & Wildlife:

Elephant Mountain Big Horn Sheep experts talk about the revered animal and its native habitat as well as conservation efforts to restore the population of Big Horn Sheep in the region.
