Every summer, Classical Tahoe brings four weeks of world-class jazz and classical music performance to the beautiful campus of the University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe in Incline Village.

4:00 pm: Chamber Connections: Free Concert and Side-by-Side Residency with The University of Nevada, Reno School of Music and Classical Tahoe

In partnership with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Music, Classical Tahoe's Chamber Connections is an immersive residency for music students from the University of Nevada, Reno designed to elevate performance through direct collaboration with Classical Tahoe's world-class musicians.  Over the course of three days and two nights, students attend festival concerts, perform side by side with professional artists in a public performance, and engage in masterclasses.

A highlight of the residency is a side by side performance on July 26 between participating music students, UNR Faculty and CT musicians performed in the new mini pavilion on the great lawn University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe. It's free and open to all members of the public.

Program to include selections from:
Joachim Raff: Sinfonietta, Op. 188 for Double Woodwind Quintet
Michael Kamen: Dectet for Brass
Max Bruch: String Octet in B-Flat Major, Op. posth.

7:00 pm: Music in Motion

An evening of iconic dance works in collaboration with Lake Tahoe Dance Collective, featuring dancers from New York City Ballet, Boston Ballet and more with Classical Tahoe musicians.
