Schedule of Events

Main Event: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Exclusive Experiences - Experiences are individually ticketed.

Chocolate and Ideal Infusions with Chocolatepeque – 11:00am
What are the flavors that pair most beautifully with chocolate? Why do nuts, coffee, mint and orange harmonize so well with it? Paula Colbath, co-founder of Chocolatepeque, will be our guide as we discover and enjoy these and many other pairings — and sample Chocolatepeque’s exquisite bars and treats that feature them. The  90-minute, experiential tasting is limited to 20 participants.

Chocolate and Wine Pairing with The Touring Chocolatier and Clink Wine Bar + Bites – 1:00pm
When it comes to pairing chocolate with wine, which combinations absolutely sing? Kay Thibodeaux, also known as the Touring Chocolatier, and Laura Black, a sommelier and owner of Clink Wine Bar + Bites, will lead us through a delicious, curated discovery of the best match-ups. During the workshop, we’ll be tasting four wines, each paired with two chocolates, with depth and breadth expressed in both the wines and chocolates. The 90-minute, experiential tasting is limited to 20 participants.

Chocolate and Authentic Mexican Spirits with Dude, Sweet Chocolate and Las Almas Rotas - 3:00pm
Join superstar chocolatier Katherine Clapner (founder of Dude, Sweet Chocolate) and Mexican spirits guru Taylor Samuels (co-owner of Las Almas Rotas), in an enchanting exploration of how chocolate marries with three Mexican spirits: a raicilla from Jalisco, a madrecuixe from Michoacán and a sotol from Chihuahua. Learn the story of chocolate along the way; we love the fact that these spirits and cacao have common roots in ancient Mayan culture. The 90-minute, experiential tasting is limited to 20 participants.
