The hike is free. Participants may see raptors like bald eagle, white-tailed deer, mule deer, cottontail rabbit, ring-necked pheasant, etc.

Trail description: The North Shore Trail is 1.5 miles start to finish and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete at an average walking pace without stopping.

Minimum age: 6-8 years

What to bring: Water, snowshoes, cross-country skis, snacks if you like
