Mark your calendar for a visit to Greenleaf State Park on January 1 for one of two free, guided hikes. For an easy hike, meet at the Family Fun Trail at 10am. This paved trail is appropriate for children, leashed pets and is wheelchair accessible. For more varied terrain, head to the Greenleaf Trail at 1pm for an intermediate-level hike on a non-paved trail. Be sure to bring water and dress appropriately for a cool-weather hike.
