Start the year off on the right foot with a pair of first day hikes at Quartz Mountain. Meet at the lodge at 10am for an easy hike on the Twin Peaks Trail. Grab your walking stick and join other hikers at 1pm at the park office for a more vigorous hike on Baldy Point Trail.

Be sure to pack your binocular, water bottle, dress appropriate for the weather and bring a camera or phone with well-charged batteries. The colder temperatures tend to rapidly drain camera batteries. Leashed pets are welcome.
