The 2025 Frederick Oyster Fry is set for Saturday, March 1 st, 2025, at the Prather Brown Elementary School Cafeteria, 211 South 13th Street in Frederick, Oklahoma. We are happy to announce that we will have oysters again this year. The craft show will take place in the Frederick Middle School Gymnasium located north of the Oyster Fry serving site. The gym features beautiful spaces and is also equipped with large central restrooms.

Booth spaces are 10x10 feet. Cost is $40 for chamber members, $50 for non-chamber members. If you wish to have electricity, an additional $25 must be submitted with your request. Booth spaces will be reserved on a first come first-serve basis, guaranteed only with payment and form submitted to the Chamber.

You will be responsible for tables, chairs, extension cords, or other items necessary to operate your booth. The Craft Show will be open from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Set-up of the booths may begin at 9:00 a.m. Vendor spaces should be emptied by 6:00 p.m.

There is a high demand for spaces. Please return the attached form and payment as soon as possible to the Frederick Chamber. Vendors will be sent a confirmation letter or e-mail that will include maps and other information.

The Frederick Chamber of Commerce is required by law to submit vendor names, addresses, telephone numbers, or tax ID information to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Each vendor will be responsible for paying sales tax to the tax commission if not turned in to the Frederick Chamber of Commerce the day of the event.
