This is a FREE 5K event that begins inside Leeman Field in Pennington Gap, VA and follows the Greenway Trail along the river and finishes back inside Leeman Field. It is a Free event with awards for the overall winners and the top 3 in each age division

Age Divisions
Plaques for the Overall Male and Overall Female winners will be awarded.
Medals for the top three in each age division will be awarded.

Age Divisions:

14 and under

15 - 19 years old

20 - 29 years old

30 - 39 years old

40 - 49 years old

50 - 59 years old

60 and over
