Celebrate America's independence by creating an entry that captures the spirit of Independence Day. Your entry could be a winner of one of the following awards: Community Spirit, Patriotism, or Innovation. Total points will determine an Overall Winner, who will win the Grand Prize of a free City Park Pool rental for their organization.

To get to City Park Nine Golf Course, head east on Mulberry St. from Taft Hill Rd. and turn left onto S. Bryan Ave.

7:30 a.m. - FireKracker 5k at City Park

6:15-7:15 am - Packet Pickup & Registration
7:27 am - National Anthem
7:30 am - Citizen's 5k Start
8:30 am - Elite 5k Start - Elite Women, Masters (40+) & High School ages
8:32 am - Elite 5k Start - Elite Men
9:00 am - Kids 1-Mile Start
9:20 - 9:45 am - Awards Ceremony

City Park Pool Special Hours at City Park Pool

Trying to get to City Park Pool? There's a drop-off zone located near Firehouse #2 on S. Bryan Avenue, in City Park. Access via Mulberry Street and S. Bryan Avenue.

Please note if the pool reaches capacity, there may be a wait. Entry will be based on a one-out/one-in model.

Noon-4:30 p.m.: Family Fun Zone at City Park - east of the playground

Stop by the Elevations Credit Union Family Fun Zone for games and giveaways throughout the afternoon!

Noon-5 p.m.: Trolley Rides at City Park to Old Town

1-7 p.m.: Fort Collins Baseball Club Games at City Park Baseball Fields

The Old Timers Baseball Game is scheduled for 1 p.m., followed by the Boulder Collegians facing off against the Fort Collins Force in collegiate wood bat baseball at 4:30 p.m.
