During Saturday and Sunday, from 12 noon to closing, Affirmative Solutions, manufacturers of Disc-It Cookers and Sidewinder Grills, teach and taste what they know about outdoor cooking on the patio next to the Eagle Room.

Stop by and see some of our Exhibitors cook up their products right in front of you! You can sample what they made and take the product home with you.
Exhibitor and Attendee Party
Each year we have a reception for our Exhibitors and Attendees, as a thank you for attending the National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show. We provide food and drinks, and a space where exhibitors can relax after the busy day. Hosting for 2025 is El Pinto Restaurant!
