8:00am: Courses open for preview
8:00am: Day-of Registration Opens (Welcome Center)
9:30am-3:45pm: Classic races and awards by grade, (Between Welcome Center and Warming
Tent on snow)
9:30am: Grade 5-6 Individual Classic Paired Start (3km loop)
-10:00am-2:00pm: Story Ski, Mini-Marathon & Memory Course, Glitter Table, Terrain
Park, Agility Course, and Radar Run open; refer to facility map for exact locations.
-10:00am-2:00pm: Demonstrations of snow painting, snow sculpting, sit skiing, weather
reporting; refer to facility map for exact locations.
10:45am: Girls Grades 7-8 Individual Classic (4km loop)
11:20am: Boys Grades 7-8 Individual Classic (4km loop)
12:00pm: 8th Grade Graduation (led by our Wicked mascot): Ski the lollipop course, then line the
finishing stretch to cheer in lollipop racers and hand out a special treat for our lollipop skiers. 8th
graders will then fist-bump Bill Koch and receive a graduation certificate from a table in the finish
corral.
12:15pm: Lollipop race (Stadium)
12:45pm: AWARDS for Classic Races Grades 5-6 and 7-8 (Between Welcome Center and
Warming Tent on snow)
1:15pm: Grade 3-4 Individual Classic Paired Start (2km loop)
2:00pm: Grade 1-2 Individual Classic Paired Start (1km loop)
2:45pm: Awards for Grades 3-4 Recognition for Classic Races Grades 1-2 (Between Welcome
Center and Warming Tent on snow)
3:15pm: All good things come to an end. See you in 2026
