The 406 Chili Off, All chili styles will be accepted, Register here select the ticket option, Judged by consistency/ taste/ smell/color, $20 Entry Free( Get 2 Vendor passes to The Retro WinterFest) Must Provide 4-8 gallons of chili, We will have propane heat source & electricity availble. Contestant can bring their own heat source as well. Chili must be above 165 degrees before serving, You will set up in a 40x 40 tent , you must bring a 4 ft table to serve on, We will provide sample cups, napkins and tasting spoons, Best Chili $100 + Trophy. Peoples Choice $100 + Trophy, Most Sampled $100 + Trophy, and Best Dressed Chef $50 + Trophy! Load in 1-3pm / 3:30-5:30 serve session / 6pm award presentation
