8th Annual Wheaton Arts Parade and Festival.

The Parade begins at 10 am. The festival exhibits and food sales open at the same time. Live entertainment begins at noon. The Parade lasts about 90 minutes, depending upon the number of participants. The festival ends at 5pm.

The parade and festival will take place "rain or shine."
