What started as a City Picnic has now grown into a 4-day festival that draws thousands of people to Hoyt Lakes and the surrounding communities. It is held annually on the fourth weekend of July.

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Circus Stella with Performing Rescue Dogs
6:00 pm Miss Hoyt Lakes and Little Miss Hoyt Lakes Queen Coronation
6:00 pm - Meet Miss Minnesota
6:00 pm - Holey Board Tourney – Sign up by 5:30
7:30 pm - 11:00 pm - G.B. Leighton
