What started as a City Picnic has now grown into a 4-day festival that draws thousands of people to Hoyt Lakes and the surrounding communities. It is held annually on the fourth weekend of July.

1:00 pm    - Turtle Races – City Hall Parking Lot (Noon Registration)

3:00 pm    - Circus Stella with Performing Rescue Dogs
3:00 pm    - Kids Events and Cardboard Boat Races
