What started as a City Picnic has now grown into a 4-day festival that draws thousands of people to Hoyt Lakes and the surrounding communities. It is held annually on the fourth weekend of July.

10:00 am - Circus Stella with Performing Rescue Dogs
12:00 pm - Kid’s Races – Midway
12:00 pm - Bean Bag Tournament – Sign by 11:30
12:01 pm - Sand Pile for Kids – Midway (After kid races)
1:00 pm    - Free Build Your Own Sundae Bar – Beer Garden
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Bingo – Community Center
1:30 pm    - Circus Stella with Performing Rescue Dogs
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Christopher David Hanson
