Start 2025 right with a First Day Hike at Lost Maples!

Lost Maples First Day Hike - Two mile hike

Meet at the day-use parking lot by the East Trail trailhead at 10 am to start the ranger-led hike. The hike will be a mile out to Monkey Rock and a mile back so be prepared with plenty of water (32 oz. or one quart per hour of your hike) and good hiking shoes. This hike will be 1-2 hours in total and is easy to moderate.

Activity is free with paid entrance or use of a Texas State Parks Pass.
