Various Venues in Breckenridge

The National Repertory Orchestra is excited to announce the 2025 Summer Music Festival, Discover the NRO, which will take audiences on a musical journey inspired by the many reasons people are drawn to Summit County. From the pursuit of joy to the spirit of adventure, each concert will explore a unique facet of what makes Breckenridge-and the NRO-unforgettable.

Schedule of Events:

10:00 am - 11:00 am: Keystone Encore - River Run Village

The NRO returns to Keystone, its former home base from 1987-1992, for an outdoor community concert series held in the Quaking Aspen Amphitheater and River Run Village. We're thrilled to bring live music back to this scenic mountain setting, reconnecting with the community through vibrant performances in two of Keystone's most beautiful venues.

6:00 pm: Discover Passion - Riverwalk Center

In Summit County, the rugged beauty of the mountains ignites a deep passion that fuels adventure and stirs powerful, heartfelt expression. Experience a powerful evening of music that captures this intensity and emotion. The night begins with Richard Strauss' Don Juan, a bold and fiery tone poem depicting the legendary lover's relentless pursuit of adventure and romance. Overflowing with dazzling orchestration and sweeping melodies, this exhilarating piece captures the rush of passion and the daring spirit of one who refuses to settle for anything less than extraordinary. The journey continues with Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 4, a deeply personal work filled with drama, longing, and ultimate triumph.
