Join us in June as Hutchinson celebrates becoming Smallville, Kansas — home of Clark Kent!

Smallville Festival kicks-off on the Third Thursday in June when Hutchinson, Kansas, officially changes its name to Smallville, Kansas; home of Clark Kent, better known as Superman.

Smallville Festival becomes a way for our community to celebrate what makes small-town living SUPER! This celebration focuses on small-town values like: traditions, hard work, grit, determination, and pride in where we live.

Smallville Festival June 20 - 22, 2024

Schedule:

Reno County Museum - 11-1 p.m — A Local Hero luncheon will be held at the Reno County Museum, where we celebrate the individuals who make our community truly extraordinary; Smallville’s First Responders!

The Hutchinson Zoo - 6-9 p.m. — “Zooperheroes” Your $10/person admission will get you mini farm feedings, Keeper Talks, Animal Encounters, train rides, craft station and MORE!

Salt City Brewing - 5:30-11 p.m. —  Get ready to groove and move on Main Street at Salt City Brewing, with a LIVE street concert featuring the sensational Logan Mize! Only $20/ticket!
