Celebrating Winter on the Northern Plains

Vinterfest is a month-long celebration of winter, here on the Northern Plains. The festival seeks to promote educational, recreational, and cultural heritage programming throughout central North Dakota for the public’s enjoyment. From artisan workshops to cross-country skiing, Vinterfest invites you to learn new hobbies and share in time-honored traditions.

K-Pop Pop-Up for Teens

Meeting Room C at Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library 

6th-12th graders are invited to pop into the library to learn the latest viral K-Pop dance from Northern Plains Dance. We'll dive into the K-Pop world with this unique dance style storming all your social media feeds. In this class we'll explore K-Pop choreography in a fun relaxed atmosphere. No dance experience is needed.

Teen Volunteer Club

Are you a 6th-12th grader who needs volunteer hours for school, National Honor Society, or college applications? Or maybe you would just like to help out at the library! The Volunteer Club is for you.

We meet to work on projects in the library. You do not have to attend every session or stay for the entire time. We know that teens are busy, but any help you can give us is greatly appreciated!
