Come dance with two awesome, energetic gals for a 60 minute dance cardio class (in a Zumba style format) with pumping music of all genres! A guaranteed sweaty and fun time!!

Bringing Harmony to Life: Breema Class - 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Practice a variety of Breema bodywork treatments and Self-Breema exercises (Breema bodywork treatments you give to yourself!) to establish a dynamic relationship to the Nine Principles of Harmony.
