The simple, natural movements of Self-Breema exercises support body, mind, and feelings to work together in the direction of increasing receptivity, balance, and openness to life, and toward bringing everything into unity. This class features instruction and practice of Self-Breema exercises via Zoom.

Come check out our free International Folk Dance Class! We do circle, line, and partner dances from all over the world.  All levels.  No experience or partner needed.

Robot with Umbrella Dance Improvisation - 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Join MpowerDance Project for a playful exploration of robotic movement and flow with directed dance improvisation and community. Together we'll warm up, improv and discover the dramatic effect of Robot with Umbrella. Bring your favorite decorated umbrella if you want, some umbrellas will be available too.

Nordic Folk Dance Party for dancers of all abilities - 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Join us for an evening of Nordic dance music for all experience levels, with an emphasis on Norwegian dances. No prior dance experience needed. Dances will include change-partner dances, figure dances, and couple dances, all accompanied by live music. Singles, couples, and families are welcome. No costumes needed, just wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and shoes that are good for dancing. Refreshments will be provided.
